Agentforce Commerce B2C 26.7: Alerts, eCDN Logs and ChatGPT Product Discovery

Agentforce Commerce B2C 26.7 feels like a practical platform release: not overloaded with features, but clearly oriented to helping commerce teams operate storefronts with better visibility, faster incident response and more control over emerging AI discovery channels.

Centralized alert management for faster issue resolution

One of the most relevant operational updates is the new centralized alert management experience for Log Center data sources. Teams can now manage alerts from a unified page and create alerts for different activities, including events, log streaming and anomaly detection.

The important part is not only that alerts are centralized, but that notification channels now include Slack and PagerDuty. This makes the feature more useful for technical teams that already coordinate incidents through collaboration and on-call tools. State-aware alerts also help reduce noise by distinguishing between new, ongoing and resolved issues.

eCDN logs: streaming and on-demand downloads from Business Manager

The release also improves eCDN troubleshooting directly from Business Manager. From the Logs tab on the Configure Zones page, teams can use Logpush to continuously stream HTTP Requests, Firewall Events or Page Shield Events to destinations such as Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob Storage, Datadog or Splunk.

For more immediate troubleshooting, Logpull allows request logs from the last 7 days to be downloaded on demand, without having to configure a destination first. This is useful when the team needs to investigate a recent traffic, firewall or security-related issue quickly.

PCI compliance visibility for eCDN zones

Another small but useful addition is the new Notifications tab on the Configure Zones page. It surfaces PCI compliance alerts for the eCDN zone, allowing teams to monitor compliance status directly from Business Manager instead of switching contexts.

OpenAI Product Feed: curated product discovery in ChatGPT

A particularly interesting update is the OpenAI Product Feed. Merchants can send a curated product feed to OpenAI, map B2C Commerce product fields to the expected channel fields, filter which products are included and preview the feed before enabling the daily sync.

From a commerce perspective, this is important because product data quality becomes part of AI discovery. Accurate titles, prices, images and availability can be maintained in ChatGPT without building a custom integration from scratch.

Storefront Next: Content Blocks for site-wide regions

Storefront Next also receives a beta enhancement with Content Blocks for site-wide regions. The goal is simple: manage repeated content such as headers, announcement banners or navigation-related elements once, and apply it consistently across the storefront.

This can reduce duplicated content work and help teams maintain brand consistency when updating global promotional messages. Another useful detail is that changes can be previewed directly from Page Designer, which keeps the authoring workflow closer to the business user experience.

Quick takeaway

Agentforce Commerce B2C 26.7 is not a broad functional release, but it includes meaningful improvements for teams running modern commerce operations: better alerting, better eCDN log access, clearer compliance visibility, a no-code path to ChatGPT product discovery and a step forward for Storefront Next content management.
